Bust*, Waist* and Shoulders* are the recommended body measurements for the size.
This is a loose fitting blouse. Because of puff sleeve design, it will not be an issue if your shoulders are 2cm larger than the recommended shoulders measurement. For example, if you wear size M of this blouse but your shoulders are 39cm, you can just choose size M.
