It is recommended to have 4cm room for the Bust and High Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and High Waist be 4cm smaller than the listed Bust measurements.
This OP is a little high waisted. The Torso measurement is measured from the standing collar to the waist.
