Bust(Lacing Tightened) and Waist(Lacing Tightened) is the Bust and Waist measurements of the OP when the lacing up on the back is tightened to the smallest.
Bust(Adjustable Range) and Waist(Adjustable Range) - the larger end is the measurement when the lacing up on the back is completely relaxed.
It is recommended to have min.4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). For example, if you choose size S, your Bust cannot be larger than 88cm. If you prefer the lacing up being tightened to the smallest, you can choose the size based on the Bust(Lacing Tightened) and Waist(Lacing Tightened) measurements. If you prefer the lacing up being completely relaxed, then you can choose the size based on the larger end of Bust(Adjustable Range) and Waist(Adjustable Range) measurements.
