The JSK is shirred on the back and the back shirring can stretch 5-6cm larger. However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or stretch no more than 2cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
The Bust/Underbust/Waist measurements in the chart are the laid flat measurements without stretching the back shirring.
