It is recommended to have min.3cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.3cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the Corset without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 2cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). This is more like a decoration corset.
