The listed Bust and Waist measurements are of the JSK without stretching the back shirring(The bust and waist can stretch about 10cm larger than the listed Bust and Waist measurements). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

It's recommended that your Bust be min.7-8cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement(For your reference only).
This is a Pull-On Blouse.
