- The Blouse includes a neck tie(you can make it into a bow). It does not include other accessories.

It is recommended to have min.4cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.4cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.
Shoulders can fit a larger shoulders measurement than listed due to puffy sleeve cut.
