The Skirt is shirred on the back and the back shirring can stretch a few centimetres larger than the listed Waist measurements(The listed Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or stretch no more than 2-3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
