The waist of Skirt can stretch about 10cm+ than the listed Waist measurements(The listed Waist measurements are laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).
