The smaller end of Waist is the measurement with the lacing up are tightened to the smallest. The larger end of Waist is the recommended max body measurements for the size. The actual waist when the shirring is stretched is around 100cm. For example, if your Waist is not larger than 74cm, you can choose size S. If your waist is not larger than 88cm, you can choose size M(For your reference only).
