The larger end of Bust and Waist is the max after the back shirring is fully stretched. However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting/not fitting or do not stretch more than 8-9cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
This JSK is fully shirred on the back and there's no zipper
