The larger end of Waist is the max after the back shirring is fully stretched. However it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring for more than 6cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). For example, if your Waist is 66/67cm, it is recommended to order size M instead of size S. If your Waist is 82/83cm, it is recommended to order size XL instead of size L(For your reference only).
