The larger end of Underbust and Waist are the max after the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). Thou it's best to stretch the back shirring for the Skirt to keep it in place or you can use the lacing up to tighten the corset to keep it in place. Stretching the back shirring for about 4cm would be comfortable.
The top of the corset will reach around your Underbust(Pls refer to the Corset Length). You can check where the corset part would reach above your waist. The steel boning is a bit stiff and is best to pull the waist over for the top of the corset to reach around your underbust. If the top of the corset is around your stomache, it may not be comfortable with the steel boning against your stomache.
