- There are ribbons on the skirt portion of the OP that you can pull the hem up.

Bust and Waist are the laid flat measurements of the Vest itself without stretching the back shirring.

Waist* is the recommended body measurements for the size(For your reference only).
Bust and Waist are the measurements of the OP itself. Bust measurement is the measurement when the chest ruffles are completely stretched.
The OP length is 120cm/121cm and when you wear the Skirt of this series under the OP, the overall length will be around 125-130 or so.
