The larger end of Bust and Waist are the max when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting or if your Bust/Waist are in between two sizes, it's recommended to order the larger size available in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
