The listed Waist measurement is of the Salopette itself. The Salopette is designed to be loose fitting. The waist will likely sit lower than your natural waist(The shoulder straps are adjustable). It's recommended that your waist be at least a few centimeters smaller than the listed waist measurement(For your reference only).

JSK Garment Measurements(CM)

The larger end of Bust and Waist are the measurements when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of JSK without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
The JSK is fully shirred on the back. There's no zipper. Side pocket available. The shoulder straps are adjustable.

It is recommended to have min.5cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.5cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.
The blouse is made of cotton fabric. It's not recommended to machine wash or warm/hot water wash or else the fabric will shrink.
