Bust* and (High)Waist* are the recommended body measurements for the size. HOWEVER, if your Bust/High Waist is in between the two recommended Bust*/High Waist* measurements, it's recommended to order the larger size in case of tight fitting. For example, if your Bust and Waist is 86cm and 71cm, it is recommended to order size L-XL instead of size S-M, in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
Bust and Waist are the laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring. The back shirring can stretch about 15cm max.
