The larger end of Bust and Waist(Ribcage) are the max when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end of Bust and Waist(Ribcage) are the laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). This JSK is high waisted and the Waist will sit around your ribcage about 4cm above your natural waist(this will vary depending on your height/body proportion thou).
