The Waist is shirred on the back and the Waist can stretch about 5-8cm larger than the listed Waist measurement(The listed Waist measurement is laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the shirring or stretch no more than 2-3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
