The larger end of Bust and (High)Waist is the max after the back shirring is fully stretched. However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only). If your Bust is in between sizes, it's recommended to order the larger size. For example, if your Bust is 87cm, it's recommended to order size M instead of size S.
The JSK is high waisted.
