The Vest is shirred on the back and the back shirring can stretch about 8cm larger than the listed Bust and Waist measurements(The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the Vest without stretching the back shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or stretch no more than 3-4 centimeters in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only).

It is recommended to have at least 6cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be at least 6cm smaller than the listed Bust measurements.
Shoulders* are the recommended shoulders measurement that would fit in the blouse.
