It is recommended to have min.4cm room for the Bust and Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist be min.4cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.

The listed Waist measurement is laid flat measurement without stretching the shirring. However, it's not recommended to stretch the shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The larger end of Bust and Waist are the max when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
