It is recommended to have at least 3cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be at least 3cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.
The waist of the JSK is stretchy. The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the waist without stretching the back shirring. However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 2cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
