The JSK is fully shirred on the back. The larger end of the listed Bust and Waist measurements are the max when the back shirring is fully stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring too much in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only). For example, if your Bust is 89/90cm, it's recommended to order size L instead of size M(For your reference only).
