The JSK is shirred on the back. The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring. It's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than about 3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).

The Ruff Collar Waist is buttoned on the JSK. It will be the same size as JSK.
