The listed Bust and Waist measurements are laid flat measurements of the JSK without stretching the back shirring(Can stretch about 5-7cm larger than listed). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring or do not stretch more than 2-3cm in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
