Bust and Waist are the laid flat measurements of the OP itself without stretching the back shirring. The back shirring can stretch about 15cm larger.
Bust* and Waist* are the recommended body measurements that would fit in the size. However, if your Bust or Waist is near the larger end of the recommended Bust* or Waist*measurement, it's recommended to order the next size available in case of tight fitting.
