The larger end of Bust is the max after the back shirring is fully stretched(the smaller end is the relaxed state). However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring much in case of tight fitting. For example, if your Bust is 86cm, it is recommended to order size 2 instead of size 1. If your Bust is 92cm, it is recommended to order size 3 instead of size 2(For your reference only).
