The larger end of Bust and Waist is the max after the back shirring is fully stretched. However, it's not recommended to stretch the back shirring for more than 8cm in case of tight fitting/not fitting, meaning it is recommended that your Bust and Waist cannot be 8cm larger than the smaller end. There's no side zipper and it's a pull on JSK.
