Bust(Tightened to Smallest) and Waist(Tightened to Smallest) means the Bust and Waist measurements of the JSK when the lacing up on the back is tightened to the smallest.
The range of Bust(Adjustable) and Waist(Adjustable) indicates the Bust and Waist measurements when the lacing up is tightened to the smallest and when the lacing up is completely loosen up. However, it's recommended that your Bust/Waist be at least 5cm smaller than the larger end.
The shoulder straps of the JSK are adjustable for about 6cm(there are 3 buttons).
