It is recommended to have min.4-5cm room for the Bust and High Waist to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust and High Waist be min.4-5cm smaller than the listed Bust and Waist measurements.
Shoulders can fit a much larger shoulders measurement due to puffy sleeve cut.
This OP is high waisted. Please refer to the Torso measurement in the chart.
