It is recommended to have min.2cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only). Meaning it is recommended that your Bust be min.2cm smaller than the listed Bust measurement.
The larger end of Waist is the measurement when the back shirring is stretched(The smaller end are laid flat measurement of the JSK without stretching the back shirring). Only the waist is shirred on the back.

For the Tulle Jacket, you can choose the same size as the OP.
It is recommended to have min.6cm room for the Bust to be comfy(For your reference only).
