The Skirt is shirred on the back, however, it's NOT recommended to stretch the back shirring or stretch no more than 3-4cm in case of tight fitting/not fitting(For your reference only). For example, if your Waist is no larger than 66cm, you can order Size 1. If your Waist is no larger than 74cm, you can order Size 2.
