Bust* and Waist* are the recommended body measurements for the size(For your reference only).
The shoulder straps are adjustable.

The larger end of Waist is the max when the waist shirring is stretched(The smaller end is the laid flat measurement of the Skirt without stretching the waist shirring). It's not recommended to stretch the waist shirring much in case of tight fitting(For your reference only).
